What HostelSansar Is

HostelSansar is a hostel discovery and listing directory. We connect people looking for accommodation with hostel owners and managers across Nepal. We are not a booking platform and we do not process payments or act as a party to any tenancy or rental agreement between you and a hostel.

Listing Accuracy

Hostel details (pricing, availability, amenities) are provided by hostel owners/managers and, where marked "Verified", have been checked in person by our team at the time of verification. Prices, availability, and amenities can change - always confirm current details directly with the hostel before making any commitment or payment.

No Commission, No Liability for Transactions

We do not charge students or tenants any commission or fee for using the directory. Any rent, deposit, or fee arrangement is strictly between you and the hostel. HostelSansar is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or the condition of any hostel.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit false information, spam the inquiry or contact forms, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
